Surrounded by the dark I was, so unaware that I perceived there
was light
But then, far away, a flame was ignited
And suddenly I realized the deep tunnel I was lost within.
I can
see the flickers and so I walk toward that light
Sometimes it feels so faint that I feel like giving into the
dark
But the thought vanishes when the flame flares so far away
So, I
continue onward, with faith I shall reach the end of the tunnel
Where I will no longer need a flame to light my way
As there will be no darkness; only light will remain.
